The Social and Population Sciences Health Research Consortium is hosting their first New Student Welcome Mixer on Friday, September 11th from 12:30 to 4:00 pm at the Mission Bay campus in Room MH2100. 

This is an opportunity for all first year PhD students to meet faculty and other PhD students from Epidemiology, Medical Anthropology, History of Health Sciences, Sociology and Nursing, who share potential interdisciplinary research and interests.

As part of the program there will be a "speed networking" exercise, so come prepared to ask questions in order to get to know your fellow students.
